This document governs all betting activities conducted on the Winbdt Sportsbook platform (the "Sportsbook"). By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Rules as they apply to your use of the platform. You confirm that you have attained the age of legal majority for gambling in your jurisdiction and that the information provided during registration is current and accurate. You acknowledge the risk of financial loss in betting and that Winbdt bears no obligation to compensate losses arising from betting activity.
Winbdt may perform identification and verification checks, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, from time to time in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. You agree to provide requested documents and information as part of these checks. Winbdt may suspend or restrict access to your account pending completion of verification checks. Verification of documents will not exceed 30 days; verification of bets may extend up to 180 days. The Steering of funds requires you to provide information to confirm the source of funds used for betting, including supplementary documents when requested. Failing verification or inability to provide satisfactory information may result in withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, or termination of accounts and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable law.
Market outcomes are settled when a determination is published by the relevant governing body or official source. If an event is not completed as scheduled, or if a decision is announced after the event’s completion, Winbdt will settle bets in accordance with the official result and market specifications. If the official decision or data differs from a televised feed, Winbdt may settle according to the official source. Where data discrepancies exist, Winbdt may suspend settlement pending resolution.
Outright and long-/short-term markets operate under a Play-or-Pay principle: bets on participants remain valid and may be settled as losses even if a listed participant is unable to compete, unless stated otherwise for a specific market. Head-to-head markets are excluded from this rule; if one participant withdraws, certain markets may be voided while others stand based on the remaining participants and official results.
When a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) review affects the on-field result, bets placed during the period from the incident to the final decision may be deemed void if the VAR decision alters the understood state of the match at the time of bet placement. Bets not affected by the VAR decision remain valid. Winbdt reserves the right to reverse settlements if a later official decision renders prior settlements inaccurate, provided the final decision is communicated before the match concludes.
To enhance display clarity, the platform may truncate odds to two decimal places for presentation. Total odds are calculated using an additional precision method, and the eventual payout is rounded to two decimals. The maximum interval for re-settlement or adjustment after initial settlement is 30 days.
The English version of these Rules governs interpretation. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail. Winbdt reserves the right to finalize any matter not expressly covered by these Rules in a fair and reasonable manner consistent with applicable law.
